Weathering steel is made by adding a small amount of corrosion-resistant elements such as copper and brocade to ordinary carbon steel, and has the characteristics of strong toughness, plasticity, forming, welding and cutting, abrasion, high temperature, and fatigue resistance of high-quality steel; The weather resistance is 2-8 times that of ordinary carbon steel, and the coating resistance is 1.5-10 times that of ordinary carbon steel. At the same time, it has the characteristics of rust resistance, corrosion resistance and longevity of components, thinning and consumption reduction, and saving labor and energy.
Functional characteristics
The fully prefabricated modular substation has changed the traditional electrical system layout, civil design, and construction mode of the substation. The substation is constructed through two stages: factory production prefabrication and on-site installation. Its standardized design, modular combination, industrial production, and intensive construction make the construction of substations a road with high content, low environmental pollution, and refined construction.
